Opening Reception, Thursday, May 6, 6:30 - 8:00 PM

Unlike our ’09 show, this year’s show will be a "selling show". This gives our members a great opportunity to sell their work without the restrictions of a judged show. Our goal is to give each member the opportunity to show at least 2 paintings. As we get closer to the drop-off date, we will be asking members if they plan on entering, and the number of paintings they would like to enter. If space permits, each artist may be able to enter 1 mini painting.

Your cooperation in helping us plan in advance is most appreciated!

Drop–off is Monday, May 3, 6:30 -7:30 PM. Members should bring two copies of the completed entry form and a $15 check.

Pick–up is Monday, June 14 from 6:30-7:30 PM.
